Lead Collectors are recurring jobs that pull leads from a source on a schedule — Sales Navigator searches, LinkedIn engagement on a target account posts, Instagram followers of a competitor, etc. Unlike one-time Lead Finder runs, collectors keep working in the background and only return new leads each run.
When to use a collector vs Lead Finder
Use Lead Finder for a one-off pull from a saved search.
Use Lead Collector when you want fresh leads delivered weekly from the same source without doing the run manually.
Collector types
LinkedIn search collector
Run any LinkedIn standard search URL on a schedule. New profiles matching the search are pulled into your chosen list.
Sales Navigator collector
Run a saved Sales Navigator search or a Saved List on a schedule. Picks up new prospects added by Sales Navigator own algorithms.
LinkedIn engagement collector
Watches a specific LinkedIn account (a competitor founder, a thought leader, a target customer) and collects people who comment or react on their posts. Powerful for warm-intent leads.
Instagram collector
Pull followers of a target Instagram account or hashtags. Works with the connected Instagram account.
Create a collector
Open Lead Database → Collectors → + New collector.
Pick the source type.
Paste the source URL (LinkedIn search URL, Sales Nav URL, Instagram handle).
Pick the connected LinkedIn or Instagram account that will run the collection. Account health matters — see the Connect LinkedIn article.
Pick the target lead list and optional enrichment fields.
Set the schedule: daily, every 3 days, weekly. Daily is aggressive; weekly is safer for LinkedIn.
Optionally set a stop condition (for example, stop after 500 total leads).
Save. The first run happens immediately.
How dedup works
Collectors deduplicate by email and by LinkedIn URL across the same list. A lead pulled on Monday is not re-added on Friday. You will only see net-new leads in each run summary.
Volume safety
LinkedIn and Instagram both rate-limit aggressive scraping.
Cap collectors at 100 to 200 new leads per run for LinkedIn.
Stagger multiple collectors across days; do not run five at once on the same LinkedIn account.
If a collector hits a verification challenge on the connected account, the collector pauses and the account is flagged. Reconnect, then resume.
Monitoring collector runs
Each collector has a run history with status, count, and any errors.
Slack and email notifications fire on failed runs or when a stop condition triggers.
Pause a collector at any time without losing its history.
Combining with workflows
A collector can hand off to a workflow. For example: collector pulls new leads, workflow enriches them, if enrichment finds an email, lead enters your outbound campaign. This turns the collector into a fully automated inbound channel.
Plan availability
Starter: 1 collector.
