We run two Slack spaces: a public community for everyone using BrandJet AI, and shared Slack Connect channels for individual customers who want a private line to our team. Here is how to join either one.
Public community
The community Slack is open to all BrandJet AI customers and free-plan users. It is the fastest place to ask questions, share campaigns, see what other teams are running, and get notified about new features.
Channels include #general, #campaign-feedback, #deliverability, #ai-prompts, #feature-requests, #announcements.
Our team is present daily during business hours and most evenings.
How to join
Open Help → Slack community in the dashboard.
Click Join. We send a magic-link invite to the email on your account.
Click the link to land in the community Slack.
Shared customer Slack channel (Slack Connect)
For Agency, Growth, and many Pro customers, we set up a Slack Connect channel between your workspace and ours. This gives you a private line to our support and product teams without leaving Slack.
Who is eligible
Agency and Growth plans: included.
Pro plan: included on request.
AppSumo Tier 4: included on request.
Other tiers: available on a case-by-case basis when there is significant ongoing volume or a complex setup.
How to request one
Open a support ticket with subject Slack Connect channel request.
Include the Slack workspace URL (for example yourcompany.slack.com) and the email of the Slack admin who should approve the connection.
We send a Slack Connect invitation from BrandJet AI Customer Support within 1 business day.
Your admin accepts; the channel appears in both Slack workspaces.
What the channel is for
Quick questions that would otherwise be a ticket.
Real-time triage when something is broken.
Sharing campaign feedback, sequence reviews, and AI prompts that worked well.
Early access discussions for beta features.
It is not a substitute for the formal ticket system for incidents requiring trail-able resolution. We will continue to log substantial issues as tickets even when raised in Slack.
Etiquette
Use threads — they keep channels readable for everyone else.
Share screenshots and timestamps when reporting issues; it makes diagnosis 10x faster.
Be patient outside business hours. The team responds across multiple time zones, but heavy load may slow nighttime responses.
Do not share API tokens, passwords, or customer PII in channels.
If the invite is delayed
Slack Connect invitations occasionally get blocked by enterprise Slack admin policies (third-party domain restrictions). If yours has been pending more than 24 hours:
Ask your Slack admin to allow Slack Connect with brandjet.ai as a trusted domain.
If the issue persists, open a follow-up ticket and we will resend or arrange an alternative.
