If your campaign is sending but the analytics page is empty, the problem is almost always one of four things: the time window, tracking settings, event delivery, or a quick caching glitch. Walk through them in order.
1. Confirm messages were actually sent
Open the campaign and switch to Activity log. You should see rows with status Sent.
If you only see Pending, the sequence has not started yet for those leads. Check the schedule and time zone.
If you see Failed or Skipped, no real outbound traffic happened — analytics will be empty by definition. See the linked troubleshooting articles for each status.
2. Check the time window
The analytics charts default to the last 7 days. If your campaign launched today and your filter is set to Yesterday or earlier, you will see zero.
Switch the date filter to All time or to the day the campaign launched.
Verify the campaign and channel filters at the top of the page — you may be filtering on a channel you did not actually send on.
3. Verify tracking is enabled
Open the campaign settings. For email steps, confirm:
Open tracking is on. This adds a 1x1 tracking pixel.
Click tracking is on. This rewrites links to
track.brandjet.ai/....
If you turned tracking off to improve deliverability, opens and clicks will always show zero — that is by design.
4. Tracking domain is missing or unverified
If you set a custom tracking domain (CNAME), it must resolve to BrandJet tracking endpoint and be marked Verified in Settings → Domains. An unverified CNAME causes every tracked link to break, which looks like zero clicks even though sends and replies still work.
5. Apple Mail Privacy Protection
Open rates from Apple Mail users have been unreliable since 2021 because Apple pre-fetches images, which can either inflate or hide opens depending on settings. If your audience is heavily on iOS, look at replies and clicks as your primary engagement signals.
6. Refresh and wait a few minutes
Open and click events are written to analytics with a short delay (usually under two minutes, occasionally longer at peak). If you just sent the campaign, give it a few minutes and refresh.
Still zero after all that?
Open a support ticket and include the campaign name and the timestamp of a recent send. We will check whether tracking events landed in our pipeline and whether the dashboard query is reading the right data.
