Connect Slack or Discord to BrandJet AI to receive notifications, mirror Unibox conversations, route approval requests, and trigger workflow actions — all without leaving your team chat.
Connect Slack
Open Settings → Integrations → Slack.
Click Connect. You will be redirected to Slack to choose a workspace.
Approve the requested permissions (post to channels, read your channel list).
Pick a default channel for general notifications.
Save. The integration is live immediately.
Permissions we ask for
Post messages to channels you authorise.
Read public channel list (so you can pick channels in dropdowns).
No access to private channels you do not explicitly add the BrandJet bot to.
No DM access — we only post to channels.
Use cases
Get pinged when a lead replies positively to a campaign.
Mirror agent approvals into a shared channel for team review.
Send mention alerts (instant or digest) when keywords trigger.
Trigger a workflow from Slack via slash command (Pro and above).
Connect Discord
Open Settings → Integrations → Discord.
Click Connect and pick the Discord server.
Approve the BrandJet bot.
Pick the channel for notifications.
Save.
Routing different events to different channels
After connecting, open Settings → Notifications → Channels to map events to specific channels:
#sales-replies for campaign replies.
#agent-approvals for agent action queue.
#mentions for keyword alerts.
#alerts for incidents and errors.
Message format
Notifications include a deep link back to BrandJet so you can act on the alert with one click. For agent approvals, the Slack message includes Approve / Reject buttons — no need to switch tabs.
Disconnect
Open Settings → Integrations → Slack or Discord and click Disconnect. Existing routing rules are preserved so you can reconnect later without rebuilding them.
Slack Connect (shared channel with our team)
Slack Connect is a separate thing — a private channel between your Slack workspace and ours for support. See the Slack community and customer Slack channel article for how to request one.
