Notifications keep you in the loop on replies, mentions, agent approvals, account health, and billing without forcing you to live in the dashboard. This page covers what events fire, where they can be delivered, and how to tune them.
Where to configure
Open Settings → Notifications. The page lists every notification type, the delivery channels available, and your current frequency setting.
Delivery channels
In-app: badge in the sidebar plus a notification panel.
Email: per-event or digest to the email on your account.
Slack and Discord: routed to channels you configured. Requires the relevant integration; see the Connect Slack / Discord article.
Mobile push: if you installed the BrandJet mobile app.
Webhook: for fully custom routing.

Frequency: instant vs digest
For high-volume events (mention alerts, campaign opens) a digest is often better than every individual notification. Per event you can pick:
Instant — every event fires immediately.
Hourly digest.
Daily digest — defaults to 09:00 in your timezone.
Weekly digest.
Off.
Team notifications vs personal notifications
Personal notifications go to your email and in-app only.
Team channels (Slack, Discord) get team-scope events — campaign replies, agent approvals, mentions.
You can override per-event so that a personal-scope event also pings a team channel, useful for I want my replies in #sales-replies as well as my inbox.
Quiet hours and do-not-disturb
Set quiet hours under Settings → Notifications → Quiet hours. Events queued during quiet hours are delivered at the next allowed window or rolled into the next digest, depending on the event type.
Per-campaign notifications
Some teams want notifications for one specific campaign and not others. Open the campaign and use Campaign settings → Notifications to override the global setting per campaign.
Stop receiving notifications
Turn off all marketing email from this same page (Marketing emails toggle), or unsubscribe via the link in any email. Critical billing and account-security notifications cannot be turned off entirely.
