Enrichment adds missing data to a lead — email address, phone number, job title, company size, LinkedIn URL — by looking up the lead across our data partners. Each successful enrichment consumes one or more credits depending on the fields you enable.
What enrichment can add
Email address — verified deliverable email when one is publicly findable.
Phone number — mobile or direct dial when available.
Company size, industry, revenue range, technologies — firmographic data on the company.
LinkedIn URL — when you have email but no profile.
Verification — re-check whether an existing email is still deliverable.
How credits work
Credits are deducted only when enrichment succeeds. A null result does not cost a credit.
Different fields cost different amounts. Email is typically 1 credit, mobile phone is 2, full firmographics is 1.
Your plan includes a monthly enrichment allowance that resets on your billing date.
Credits not used in a month do not roll over.
How to enrich
Open Leads and select the rows you want to enrich (or filter and select all).
Click Enrich.
Pick which fields to look up. We show the estimated credit cost before you confirm.
Click Run. Enrichment is queued and processes a few hundred leads per minute.
Re-enrichment
Enriched data ages. People change jobs, companies grow, emails get retired. To refresh a lead:
Filter for leads enriched more than 90 days ago.
Run enrichment again with Refresh existing fields ticked.
Re-enrichment is billed at the same rate as the first enrichment but only counts as a credit if the field actually changed.
Coverage and why some leads come back empty
Enrichment uses multiple data providers, but no provider has 100% coverage. Common reasons a lead does not enrich:
The contact is too junior or in a region with thin coverage.
The company has aggressive privacy settings.
The provided LinkedIn URL or company domain is wrong.
The contact has retired or changed names.
You can improve coverage by providing more context up front: company domain, full name with correct spelling, and LinkedIn URL.
Bulk vs. on-demand
Bulk: enrich an imported list before launching a campaign.
On-demand: a campaign step or workflow can enrich automatically when a new lead enters the campaign. Useful for inbound flows.
Saving credits
Only enrich the fields your campaign actually needs.
Deduplicate before you enrich — paying twice for the same person is wasteful.
Use email verification rather than re-enrichment if you only need to check deliverability.
Running out of credits
If your monthly allowance is exhausted, enrichment pauses and pending lookups queue. You can upgrade your plan or buy a one-time credit pack from Settings → Billing → Credits.
