BrandJet syncs to the major CRMs so leads, replies, and analytics from your outreach flow directly into your sales pipeline. HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce are first-party; other CRMs sync via the REST API or workflows.
HubSpot
Open Settings → Integrations → HubSpot.
Click Connect. You will be redirected to HubSpot to authorise.
Pick the HubSpot account and the portal (if you have multiple).
Choose what to sync:
Lead to Contact: every lead becomes a HubSpot contact.
Campaign reply to Engagement: every reply logs as an email engagement.
Lead status to Lifecycle stage: mapping replied = MQL, interested = SQL, etc.
Save. Initial sync runs in the background.
Pipedrive
Same flow under Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive.
Sync targets are Person and Activity.
Replies create or update a Deal in the pipeline stage you pick.
Salesforce
Available on Pro and above due to Salesforce API costs.
Same flow under Settings → Integrations → Salesforce.
Sync targets are Lead, Contact, and Activity. Mappings are customisable per object.
For custom fields, configure mappings in the integration settings.
Direction of sync
BrandJet to CRM is real-time on lead and reply events.
CRM to BrandJet is on a 5-minute polling interval; you can also trigger an instant sync from the integration page.
What syncs and what does not
Syncs: lead fields, sending status, reply text, conversation tags, lead lifecycle.
Does not sync: campaign content, sender inbox details, internal analytics, opt-out preferences (these stay in BrandJet for privacy).
Mapping custom fields
Go to Settings → Integrations → CRM → Field mapping.
Each BrandJet field maps to a single CRM field. Custom fields appear automatically once they exist on both sides.
Test mapping with a single lead before turning on bulk sync.
