    Create a new workspace

A workspace (sometimes called a brand) is an isolated container for your outreach. Each workspace has its own inboxes, leads, campaigns, analytics, and billing. You can create as many as your plan allows and switch between them from the top of the sidebar.

    When to use multiple workspaces

    • You run outreach for multiple companies or clients (agencies).

    • You want to separate brands so analytics and lead lists never mix.

    • You are testing a new offer and want to keep it cleanly separated from your main campaigns.

    • You need to give a teammate access to one brand but not the others.

    How to create a workspace

    1. Click the workspace switcher at the top of the left sidebar.

    2. Choose Create workspace (or Add brand).

    3. Pick a name, the primary domain, and the industry. These are used to seed Artemis and AI defaults — you can change them later in Settings → Brand.

    4. Choose whether to start with a template or an empty workspace.

    5. Click Create. You will land in the new workspace automatically.

What is included in a new workspace

    • Its own inboxes, social accounts, and warmup status

    • Its own leads and lead lists

    • Its own campaigns, workflows, sequences, and analytics

    • Its own Artemis context, snippets, and templates

Your user account, payment method, and team members are shared across all workspaces you own.

How many workspaces can I have?

Each plan includes a workspace allowance:

    • Starter: 1 workspace

    • Pro: up to 3 workspaces

    • Growth and Agency: 10 plus workspaces and white-label options

If you have hit your limit, you will see an upgrade prompt instead of the create form. The plan picker shows how many workspaces each tier includes.

    Inviting teammates to a workspace

Each workspace has its own member list and permissions. Open Settings → Team inside the workspace you want to share, invite by email, and pick a role. See the article on inviting teammates for details.

    Switching, archiving, or deleting

    • Switch from the sidebar workspace switcher.

    • To archive (hide without deleting): Settings → Brand → Archive workspace.

    • To delete permanently (irreversible): Settings → Brand → Delete workspace. We will ask you to confirm and remove all data within 30 days.
