BrandJet AI uses role-based permissions per workspace. A user can have different roles in different workspaces within the same account — useful for agencies giving clients view-only access to their own workspace while keeping internal team members as admins.
Available roles
Owner
One owner per account (you, if you created the account).
Can do anything: billing, plan changes, delete workspace, transfer ownership.
Owner cannot be removed from the account — must be transferred first.
Admin
Full control over the workspaces they belong to.
Can invite and remove members in those workspaces.
Can manage integrations, billing visibility, and workspace settings.
Cannot change the plan or delete the account.
Editor
Can create and edit campaigns, sequences, workflows, leads, mentions monitors.
Can send messages from sending accounts assigned to them.
Cannot manage members or integrations.
Viewer
Read-only access to campaigns, analytics, and leads.
Cannot send messages or change settings.
Good for clients, executives reviewing dashboards, or junior team members on a trial.
Invite a teammate
Open Settings → Members.
Click + Invite.
Enter their email.
Pick the role for this workspace.
Optionally set workspace access — by default they only get the current workspace; you can add more.
Send. The invite expires in 7 days.
Multi-workspace access
Inside Settings → Members → [member name] you can see and modify which workspaces they have access to and what role they have in each one. A user can be an Admin in workspace A and a Viewer in workspace B.
Sending accounts and member access
Inboxes and social accounts can be assigned to specific members. By default, all admins and editors can use any sending account; you can restrict by:
Open the account in Accounts.
Click Permissions.
Pick which members are allowed to use it.
Audit trail
Every member action (campaign launched, lead deleted, settings changed) is logged in Settings → Activity. The log is filterable by member, action type, and time range.
SSO and SCIM
Available on Agency and Enterprise plans:
SSO via SAML 2.0 — works with Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, OneLogin.
SCIM provisioning for automatic user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Contact support to enable.
Removing a member
Open Settings → Members → [member].
Click Remove from workspace.
If you want to revoke access across all workspaces, click Remove from account.
Their personal templates, snippets, and draft campaigns can either be transferred to another member or deleted — you will be prompted at remove time.
Transferring ownership
If the original account owner leaves, transfer ownership from Settings → Account → Transfer ownership. The new owner must accept via an emailed link before the change takes effect.
