You can delete an individual workspace or your entire BrandJet AI account at any time. Both actions are permanent after a 30-day grace period and remove all associated data.
Delete a workspace
Deleting a workspace removes its leads, campaigns, inboxes, analytics and team membership for that workspace. Other workspaces in the same account are not affected.
Open the workspace you want to delete and go to Settings → Brand → Delete workspace.
Read the confirmation; it lists exactly what will be removed.
Type the workspace name to confirm.
The workspace enters a 30-day grace period. During this time the data is hidden from the UI but can be restored by contacting support.
After 30 days the data is permanently deleted from primary storage and queued for removal from backups within a further 30 days.
Delete your entire account
This removes all workspaces, all leads, all campaigns, your team, billing history, and personal data.
Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
If your account has active subscriptions, cancel them first (a notice will tell you which ones).
Confirm the deletion. We send a verification email; click the link in that email to start the 30-day grace period.
You can cancel deletion at any time during the grace period by signing in and clicking Cancel deletion on the warning banner.
What happens to data during the grace period
You can still sign in (for accounts) but the UI is read-only and shows a deletion notice.
Campaigns are paused and sending stops immediately on deletion start, not at the end of the grace period.
OAuth tokens are revoked immediately, so we no longer have access to your mailboxes or social accounts.
Outstanding invoices remain accessible; you can still download them.
What happens after the grace period
All primary data is purged from production databases.
Backups roll off within 30 days of primary deletion.
Personal identifiers (name, email, billing info) are anonymized in any retained logs.
The email address you used can be reused for a new account.
Exporting before you delete
If you want a copy of your data first:
Leads — open Leads, filter to All, and click Export CSV.
Campaign analytics — each campaign has an Export button on the analytics page.
Account data dump — request a full account export via Settings → Account → Export data. We email a downloadable archive within 24 hours.
GDPR and other privacy requests
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Account deletion satisfies the right to erasure. For data subject access requests on behalf of someone else (for example a lead asking for their data to be removed), use Settings → Privacy → DSAR to look them up and remove them from all workspaces at once.
Stop receiving emails from BrandJet
If you only want to stop receiving product and marketing email but not delete your account:
Open Settings → Notifications and turn off marketing email.
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
